During the Pesach Holidays we had 15 members from our congregation went to a Mid-East conference, this time it was held in Egypt.

This was the first conference of its type to be held in Egypt. When the management at the hotel learned that we were Christians we were restrained from using the hotel’s meeting hall & we had to hold our meeting outdoors near the entrance of the hotel.

In spite of this seemingly disappointing development all in attendance enjoyed the conference. It seems that God had planned this to happen because many people were curious as to what we were about. This led to the opportunity for us to Evangelize.

In our free time, between services, we had a great opportunity to rest and relax.

The organizer of our trip, Tom Hess, is pictured here with our guys.
We had the opportunity to share the Gospel with a number of the local Egyptians. One, thanks be to God, accepted Yeshua and was baptized there.

He was baptized near the entrance to his shop.

At the end of our 3 day visit we made our own exodus from Egypt full of good impressions and the faith and conviction that Salvation shall also come to Egypt.

Stay tuned…
