My name is Gleb Spridonov. I was born in 1979, in Birobidjan, Russia. At the age of 16, I started using drugs and stealing. In 2000 I came to Israel. I spent five years in prison. I couldn’t focus on anything except drugs, and became more and more involved with them and addicted to them. In 2010 I heard of a drug rehabilitation center called, «Living Israel». I came to this rehab center with the intention of recovering from my drug addiction and then to going back home. But while at the rehab center I heard about God and somehow this knowledge touched my heart in a special way. I decided to try living my life as a believer in Jesus. I repented and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and invited Him to my heart. Then everything in my life began to change. God gave me the hope for different life that was free from drugs, smoking and stealing. He gave me back my relatives and friends. I’m now studying at the school for disciples, where I’m learning more about my Lord Jesus Christ. I’m learning to cherish each day that God gives me. I understand that God loves me very, very much. I’m grateful to God, that He has given me the opportunity to see and to hear all these new and wonderful things, which I’d never seen or heard of before. Today I can say: I am the happiest man in the world in the Lord Jesus Christ. I have a Father God. I love you all.
With sincere respect, appreciation and fraternal warmth to you all, I remain, Gleb.
